Famously known as the Happy Cottage this small house was sad when we met and only the before and after pictures tell the whole story. It warmed our hearts to be able to recycle and include the old beams expressing the cozy farmhouse features of the Happy Cottage's past. This is now one of our most popular semi-custom ADU model we provide.
